The world is experiencing a revolutionary growth in the field of Information Technology (IT). Involvement of IT in each and every sphere of life has exponentially grown over a period of time thereby increasing the complexity and amount of computations required to be performed by the machine. It has thrown open a new field for the researchers, the field of Advance Computing. Computing has become very complex and to meet these complex computing needs has become a challenge for the researchers, which needs to be resolved.
The 3rd IEEE International Advance Computing Conference (IACC-2013) is being organized as a small step towards this direction. The conference is being planned with the objective of bringing together researchers, developers, and practitioners from academia and industry working in the area of advance computing. The Conference is sponsored by IEEE Computer Society, India Council and IEEE Student Branch, AKGEC, Ghaziabad.
It gives me immense pleasure to know that IACC-2013 has received true international fragrance with great responses from the participants, reviewers, keynote speakers, invited speakers and guests.
A conference on such a significant level would not have been possible without the efforts and hard work of the members of the Organizing and Program Committee. The committee members, who have been the brain behind this conference, have worked with utmost efficiency and dedication.
I express my gratitude to Sh. Ashok Pal, Chairman, Governing Council & Board of Governors, AKGEC and all management personnel for their encouragement. My sincere thanks to our Director Dr. R. K. Agarwal, Patron, IACC-2013, for his continuous guidance and moral support. I am very thankful to our Chief Guests, Guest of Honors, Key note Speakers and invited speakers who have agreed to spare their invaluable time despite of their extremely busy schedule.
I express my wholehearted thanks to all the authors, reviewers and participants for their vital contribution to the success of this conference. Thanks to all the student volunteers and all other members who have directly or indirectly helped us in organizing this conference.
