Tutorial Rapid Data Mining Process Development

Abstract

Rapid Data Mining Process Development using RapidMiner Studio RapidMiner Studio is the leading Open Source Data Mining Suite. The software offers the ability to rapidly develop data mining processes using either the 400+ operators from the core distribution or any operators from many extensions available. The tutorial focuses on the ability to rapidly and flexibly create complex data mining processes focusing on structured and unstructured data. The tool is particularly good in an academic environment as it is open source and offers a comprehensive array of data analysis operators. The tutorial will showcase this ability on a real data set.
